"Everyone has the power for greatness, not for fame but greatness, because

greatness is determined by service."
MLK

Bible Study
We have two bible study programs. The neighborhood program takes place on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. during our food distribution. It was temporarily postponed during the pandemic, but will resume in the near future.

We also offer Bible study via Zoom on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.
Church members gather with community members to ask questions about what the Bible is saying to our real life circumstances. All are welcome. For further info,
contact Lindsay Komline.
Turquoise Tables
The congregation has provided six turquoise picnic tables located along N. 22nd Street so that our community has a shady place in the outdoors to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy fellowship with one another. All are welcome to use the tables. To learn more about the Turquoise Table movement, visit here.

Food Distribution
St. Peter’s, in cooperation with the Peter Paul Development Center, distributes food to neighbors in need on the first and third Wednesday of each month. The food is packaged on the previous Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 pm and is distributed on Wednesday mornings starting at 8:30 a.m.

The Sharing Circle is an opportunity for us to share our resources in needs with each other during this pandemic. Marc Lockhart is the contact person for the sharing circle.  St. Peters started a sharing circle during the coronavirus where we connected parishioners in need of assistance with those who can meet those needs. Deacon Karla  is available for pastoral needs if you would like a phone call to stay in touch or prayers by telephone.  The sharing circle is open to all parishioners.  Confidentiality is observed.

Youth in the Neighborhood
We are building relationships with the young men and women in the group homes near St. Peter’s. In observance of Christmas, St. Peter’s members provided and filled stockings for each of the residents. Watch for more information regarding how this relationship grows.  If you have questions please email
Deacon Karla.

Intercessory Prayer Group
The Intercessory Prayer Group meets by Zoom at 3:00 pm the second and fourth Saturdays of each month. All are welcome. To join
contact Nikki Fernandes.
